Apple web page made in WINDOWS FRONT PAGE!!!

I was looking into the new Apple Business Agent website, and I noticed that the log in page looked less than Apple-polished. A quick look at the source code revealed:

Most sites run on Linux. Even some of Apple's international sites run on Linux...

That site linked to in the Original Post, I could've done in Notepad with Raw HTML. That was very simple coding. Without looking at the source.
