Apple (website) search NEVER works for me!

Surely I am not the only one that this happens to?

It doesn't work on any browser I try. It doesn't work on any computer I try.

Frankly I've given up on trying to search the Apple website for anything.

For the past 12 minutes, all I get is this:

It works fine for me using Leopard. Very helpful, I know.

have you tried using it at somewhere other than your house (or wherever you are primarily using it)?

I've never had it work right, either, yellow.

I think it gets confused when folks like us - who already know all the answers - try to search for something 😉

I'm with the colour. The support page search still works, and thankfully that's about all I need.

It works for me, I just don't find it a very useful tool, to be honest. They need advanced options.
