After installing Yosemite ... I can't enter the Apple Official Support site to get into Knowledge Forums. I got on chat line with Apple ... the Apple tech could get in .. I could not. I know Apple did a major upgrade to their Support site. Could this be the reason? Apple Tech Rep could only suggest I downgrade back to Mavericks and try it ... he really didn't know what was going on and had no clue on the Support grade. Anyone else having this issue?
