Apple will not let me go to Support/Knowledge Base Forums

    After installing Yosemite ... I can't enter the Apple Official Support site to get into Knowledge Forums. I got on chat line with Apple ... the Apple tech could get in .. I could not. I know Apple did a major upgrade to their Support site. Could this be the reason? Apple Tech Rep could only suggest I downgrade back to Mavericks and try it ... he really didn't know what was going on and had no clue on the Support grade. Anyone else having this issue?

    I am still on Mavericks, but I just checked and I was able to login to the support forums and browse around so it seems to be up.

    I'm on P8 and had no problems accessing the Support/Knowledge base forums. Have you tried clearing you browser cache?

    Just tried again today ... and "it" let me access the community forums ... go figure.
