Apple wireless keyboard A1843 problem with MacOS 26.1

Has anyone else experienced problems with MacOS 26 or Public Beta 26.1 with this wireless keyboard? My keyboard is either not registering random key presses or it inserts two characters instead of 1. It's super annoying!

On the Release MacOS 27, I am using two versions of the " Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad " without issue on two M1 Macs. One has the fingerprint and other does not.
