Apple wireless keyboard A1843 problem with MacOS 26.1

Has anyone else experienced problems with MacOS 26 or Public Beta 26.1 with this wireless keyboard? My keyboard is either not registering random key presses or it inserts two characters instead of 1. It's super annoying!

On the Release MacOS 26, I am using two versions of the " Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad " without issue on two M1 Macs. One has the fingerprint and other does not.

I think Microsoft is aware of the issue since I have tried 3 different versions of Excel for Mac 16.1 (Current Channel, Current Channel (preview), and Beta Channel). Beta Channel performs the best...No idea what they are doing!!!
