Does anyone know why certain keys on a keyboard might not be working properly?
The h key returns a ˙ instead of an h? Shift-h returns a Ó.
The alt key returns a ˙ and Shift-alt returns a Ó.
Caps lock sometimes turns on by itself and gets stuck on. Sometimes it refuses to turn on.
The / key works but simultaneously activates the mute key. Similarly, the mute key works but simultaneously activates the / key.
I was thinking of running the keyboard through the dishwasher but can't get the logic board to slide out like it's supposed to. It's my friend's and I offered to try to fix it, but maybe it's beyond repair?
