Greetings:

I accidently dropped my apple wireless mouse and now it does not seem to be working right. When I turn it on, the red optical eye will flash on and off until it connects to the computer. However, in the past, once it connected, the eye would remain lit. Now, it doesn't light at all after it has connected. Furthermore, the mouse will not move!! However, the wierd part is: the mouse still clicks. Does anyone know what is going on here? Thanks for any help!

Well, those symptoms sometimes come about when the mouse isn't getting enough power from the battery. Fiddling with the battery placement, trying new batteries and cleaning the connectors can sometimes help. Good luck!
