Apple won't let me repair my item.

Im trying to get my earphones replaced on apple.com. I enter all of the information, including my billing and Shipping address. After I enter my billing address, it tells me An Error has occurred, and my request may not be processed at this time. I've tried every day for the past two weeks. What is the problem?

Call during the workday. You'll get right through and be done in five minutes. That's what I did and I have nice new earphones now.

OP, you worry way too much about the smallest things. Either call up and get your earphones, or go buy a new pair.
