Apple Working on Fix for Screen Time Communication Limits Workaround Exploited by Kids

Maybe Apple should hire kids on QA engineers positions to test screen time app?
For past several years it looks like any new feature can easily break OS security.
Is security logic check implemented in UI level only, but not somewhere in lower OS level? Looks weird.
