Is there any app that would import Outdoor Run done in Apple's Workout app into NRC+ app?

For example, since NRC+ doesn't offer an option for interval running, I'd like to do it in Workout instead but would still like to record data into NRC+ app. Is there any way to import workouts into NRC+?

I found an app called RunGap but that one seems to only work with the old Nike+ app. It notifies you that it's not fully compatible with NRC+ app and that there may be difficulties with sync and whatnot. So I'd like to look for alternatives if there are any?

Ok, I found out that NRC+ actually has an option for iterval running: you have to select SPEED option.

I tried it but it seems buggy: as soon as you hit the “Rest” button after the interval the Rest timer will start counting seconds but as soon as the watch’s screen goes dim/black the timer will stop instead of running in the background. Which makes this thing basically useless.

    Anyone else seeing this issue?

I don't believe that the new version of NRC+ supports import or export of files, unfortunately - so you may not get the exact answer you want.

    Hi all,

This has been killing me but I just figured it out.

NRC connects to Garmin Connect. If you haven't done it, you need to do it.

I downloaded an app called, HealthFit which sends .FIT and/or .GPX files to my Google drive.

Login to Garmin connect on a computer and go to activities. On right, click on import.

Upload the .FIT or GPX to Garmin Connect and it will automatically sync to NRC.

If you go to the NRC app and reload, it will come up with all the information.

    Hope this helps.
