Applecare coverage

If I buy a MBP in the UK and get Applecare with it, am I covered in the US or any other country to get the laptop repaired?

applecare coverage = worldwide.

Yes. I've even had to test out the world-wideness of the coverage; I bought my old MBP in the US and had to get it fixed here in Switzerland. Didn't have any problems getting coverage whatsoever.
