iPhone X AppleCare+ hasn’t been transferred to Express Replacement unit yet.

Just activated my Express Replacement iPhone X a few hrs ago. AppleCare+ has still not been transferred.

Isn’t this supposed to be immediate? If not, how long does it usually take?
