So my iMac superdrive started scratching my discs, every disc I put in at the same spot it would scratch each time to where some wouldnt read, so they are sending a tech out tomorrow to do onsite 🙂 and replace it, and they gave me 70 dollar apple store credit, also my wired keyboard was starting to get warped, so they are also sending out a wireless keyboard with the onsite tech tomorrow. All in all perfect support, took about 15 minutes to solve both issues, very helpful.

Wow for real? My iMac is scratching discs as well but onsite service sounds almost too good to be true. And why give you a credit? Did you raise hell?
