Ordered 2 iPhone x’s through at&t will be here early December. Does Apple offer Apple care with monthly payments? Don’t really want to drop $200 all at once. Thanks guys.

No they don't afaik. BBY does but it ends up costing a lot more.
A good alternative at that price point is Squaretrade @ $129 for 2 years. They offer reimbursement for genius bar replacements/repairs and at $70 cheaper, works out well enough.
Credit Card companies also have extended warranty. Look into that.
