As long as it is within 30 days of purchase. They will ask you to run a diagnostics test that they will email you a link to.

I did it over the phone this morning. Easy. While on the phone rep texted me the diagnostic link, returned to call, diagnostic was done a minute later, paid and transaction id was emailed to me. 😎

They didn't do this to me. No test. I verified my address, name, and serial number and that was it.
