I got a photo of the s/n on the box and the serial number inside...so I have a proof that is not from a keygen.
Of course, even i got a Serial Number and it matched with the Apple records.
But are you going to be in piece of mind without a purchase receipt from Apple?
Moreover wouldn't a original box include a purchase receipt from Apple?

You don't have to prove it to us, you have to prove it to Apple. Apple can, and often does, require proof of purchase. Apple decides what constitutes "proof".
I buy a fair amount of stuff on eBay but I would never touch an Applecare there.

I have spoken with Apple Customer Support.
They clearly mentioned that You cannot get a Purchase Receipt in Apple Name when you buy the AppleCare Protection pack from an Apple Reseller.
So, i think we cannot ask for purchase receipt from Apple with the reseller.
Moreover Apple Customer Care executive suggested me to get a Purchases Invoice from the 3rd party reseller.
As per my request, the ebay seller generated and sent to me a proper Purchase Invoice in their name.
Can i produce the purchase invoice as a valid proof of purchase if i encounter any issues in the future ?

Check your warranty status online and there should be a link on that page that says click here if you think the warranty date is incorrect or something to that wording.
It will take you to another page where you can submit documents. Submit your third-party receipt along with what you think is other pertinent information like maybe a copy of the code, etc. You'll get a reply from Apple. If they say we fixed your issue or whatnot, I think would count as written verification from Apple that your AppleCare is valid and cannot to revoked at a later date.

raghugs, what form did you get your purchase invoice in? Email? My 45day period runs out tomorrow.
Unless you bought from an authorized dealer, you run the risk down the road of them rejecting your registration. Does not matter what paperwork an unauthorized dealer provides.
There are very few dealers on ebay.
Do a google search and you will find a reasonable price, legit product at around $185.
