If i buy my 6S from USA, and get AppleCare+ along with it, is it serviceable in India?

According to Apples Apple Care Frequently Asked Questions (http://www.apple.com/support/products/faqs.html)
Apple Care is transferable between people if you sell your device, meaning the Apple Care ALWAYS follows the device. I assume that it will be ok to purchase Apple Care in the United States and go to India and use it.

Apple Care will follow the device; where ever the device goes, AppleCare will always cover it.

I bought an iPad 3 on launch day, while I was working in New York.

I also bought Applecare+ (which wasn't available in the UK), but had no issues getting it replaced at my local Apple store in the UK, after I dropped it and smashed the screen.

As you see, Apple Care follows the device, and you should be all set to go to India!
