I just purchased Applecare yesterday and have a couple questions...

    1. How long does it usually take to be validated? Mine hasn't yet, but no worries.

    2. On the page where it shows your coverage and stuff, is the picture there supposed to be the same as your Mac? Because it shows a blackbook and mines evidently not black ;)

    TIA :)

    1. Probably depends on where you got it. By the time you tell us, and someone else who got theirs from the same place, it will probably be activated.

    2. Ok, so what is yours? You've only told us one thing that it's not.

    1. Did you buy the correct AppleCare? Meaning MacBook, MacBook Pro, iMac, etc?

    2. Did you enter your serial number correctly? I'm not sure why AppleCare thinks you have a black MacBook, but there must be a reason.

It can take 3 or 4 days for it to be activated.

No one ever accused me of being observant! So, did you confirm that it's the correct coverage?
