Is there an email confirmation after registering for applecare? How long does it take?

Apple's emails can take a few days.

You can see what computers you have registered with Applecare here

I think we got an email from ours and they send a paper form as well. It came a few days later.

I would like an email, or better yet paper, acknowledgement for my records. I'll give it a couple days.

Yeah, you'll get the paper form in a week or so. They'll also mail you when your applecare is about to expire.
