AppleCare+, SquareTrade or Verizon Insurance?

Is that $199 Verizon deductible for ANY claim (e.g. cracked screen), or is that just the deductible for total phone replacement? If there is a lower screen replacement deductible, that would make the Verizon insurance really stand out (primarily due to the additional coverage for loss or theft).
