I searched for this answer on this forum, but cannot find anything.

I reviewed the AppleCare Terms and Conditions, but cannot find anything regarding maximum (or minimum, for that matter) acceptable times for servicing a product. Hypothetically speaking, if a machine was in AppleCare service for (let's say) a year, would that still be considered acceptable by Apple's Terms and Conditions?

The reason I ask is because I'm seeing a few complaints from folks that have had their Apple product in service for a month or more.

Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen any terms in regards to maximum time either.

I haven't read too much about US-based AppleCare taking a month to service something, but unfortunately, outside of the US (where authorized resellers can do AppleCare repairs), I've read some crazy stories.

Do you have something being fixed? If you do just contact apple and they will do something for you. This is highly unlikely to happen.
