I bought my MacBook Pro last week and did not yet buy the AppleCare. I bought it through the education discount. Where can I get the best price for AppleCare? I looked through the MacRumors AppleCare guide and it said that the Apple education store had AppleCare at significant savings, but I saw the same old $240 price in there.

You can also get it at Apple.com for $183.00 w/ the education discount.

MacBook / MacBook Air / 13-inch MacBook Pro
AppleCare Protection Plan - $183.00 with free shipping

Opps didn't read the op! defin. disregard this post.

While compared to the EDU Store, eBay or Apple.

My bad - I was looking at the education store (which I qualify for) and assumed that was the standard price. I'm guessing it's worth it for $239 for a MacBook Pro.
