hi i recieved my macbook pro a day or two ago and nothing in the box said anything about applecare. I am positive i ordered it and i have the receipts. i guess what am asking is do i have to do any registration or anything. So i just need to make sure that i am not getting scammed out of $250. thanks
 
I think you can go online at the Apple site and enter your serial number to find out if it has been activated.
