Hi. I find that there are so many different adapters on Apple stores, I currently only have a 20w usb-c adapter for charging my iPhone 12, but I am going to give it out to my brother so I need to buy a new adapter. I'll possibly buy a Macbook sooner or later, um, possibly not iPad because I don't like using tablet stuff, do I need an adapter of higher watts and which watt will you recommend

The 20w adapter is what you want. The others would work with the iPhone too, but it wouldn't be able to make use of the extra wattage. If you get a MacBook (or iPad), it'll include a charger for that.

Do Macbook of all models come with fast-charging adapter and doesn't have to buy them separately?

Yes, all MacBooks include a power adapter. It’s only the iPhone that doesn’t include them anymore.
