Anyone has updated news on this?

How old is this? I've never heard of it, and don't think that it would ever become real, but if it's something very useful for musicians, I say cool.
 
It looks pretty cool, but rather bulky/oddly shaped. It would look like a mini or an :apple:TV, but not nearly the same size. Unless this has optical audio in/out, just go out and buy a FireWire mixer for (I'm guessing) $300 less.
 
I doubt they're going to bring one out, at least for the foreseeable future. They partnered with Apogee to bring out the Duet ($499).
