I understand your cynicism; there are so many psuedo-scientific devices and "solutions" for everything these days; it's disheartening to see how gullible people can be. However... I can't sleep. My brain won't shut down. I fall asleep, jerk awake, and lie in bed for hours. I've tried everything: I eat well, exercise regularly, limit caffeine, etc., and I've taken every combination of medicine recommended by doctors. I've read countless articles and books. Nothing helps. Should it prove to be a useful sleep monitoring device, I will buy anything like this that will help the sleep doctors monitor and determine possible causes and/or solutions. Hopefully, as technology like this improves, it will help folks like me live better lives.Only an idiot would buy something like this. There is no benefit whatsoever to this nonsense of a fantasy market. I mean honestly. What is the point? You can’t sleep? Get a proper diet and exercise regiment.
I just don’t understand the push for this stuff. I truly don’t. I hope I never do. It sounds so pointless and absurd to me.
