Hello everyone, I bought an AirPort Extreme router seven days ago from apple authorized reseller. I noticed in this period that the router is not functioning as expected and that I have a lot of lags while using WiFi clients which are 5 meters or more from the router. Today I brought the router to the authorized reseller's store and the "expert" (which is the tech support guy in the store) saw the problem. instead of replace the router immediately they asked me to send the router to a laboratory. to make long story short I really disappointed from the reseller's conduct and want to send a compliant letter to an official Apple representative. I tried to speak with costumer relations, but they didn't helped me too much. do you know a email address or contact person who I can with a letter too and explain the situation? (I also want to include past events which occurred to me with this reseller). Thanks!
