I've contacted Apple about it, I can't figure it out. Maybe I just transfer at peak times.

Have you tried using Transmit? I found that Transmit (panic.com) transfers files much faster then mounting the iDisk... I also keep a synced copy of my iDisk on my desktop for when I need to retrieve something. I did notice that uploading, which I do from work, to the iDisk has improved greatly but I still find Transmit to be faster.

Thanks, I'll give that a try!

In the meantime I'm going to try and figure out WordPress. :)

Working in the store, I get the basic speech like you guys give day in and day out. Unless they are PC users, and even they are hard to convince to get .mac

It's hard on the Mac Specialists because we are judged as to our "attach rates" or... out of the computers we sold, x percent got APP, x percent got ProCare, and x percent got .mac and dotMac just sucks unless you take FULL advantage of it and the only way a switcher could do that (or some exsisting mac users for that matter) would be to get ProCare for the 1-on-1 training.
