I think it would be nice if Apple made another iPhone 8/SE2/SE3 sized iPhone, but with a full screen like the iphone 16/17 and I know they can make a better battery life because I have a iPhone 13 mini and it’s battery is better than the iPhone SE3. I like the design of the 16/17 iPhones, but I just don’t like the size.

All the SEs have been older models repackaged; that’s why they are less expensive.
not exactly, when iphone SE3 released in 2022 the iphone 13 (full screen, no home button, notched screen) was released in 2021 , so the older iphone model (2021) had a newer design that the SE3 model (2022)
you are right to say SE3 form is a former model, but its not necessary last year's form.
I still would like to see Apple make another iPhone 8/SE2/SE3 size phone with a full notchless display. Not everyone wants a big phone and I knew not a lot of people would want a stupidly thin phone. I like the design of the iPhone 16 just not the size, scaling it down to iPhone 8/SE2/SE3 size would be amazing.
