Apple's Larger Phones May Be Called iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus

I wonder what will happen to the iPhone 5c. Will they update it with the iPhone 5s internals, or would it be discontinued all together?

Remember the leak about the iPhone Math? That would seem to line up with the lost-in-translation version of "iPhone 6+"

Air doesn't make sense as the name for the bigger phone. It makes sense as a name for the lightest phone, but the lightest phone might be the 5S, given the weight of additional screen and battery.

Plus might also have a negative connotation of heavier to some people.

iPhone Air was going to be for the 4.7" and iPhone Pro was for the 5.5".

This is what i wanted. "+"/"plus"

"Air" is stupid in this case.

I agree. Why would the bigger one be the "Air" when the smaller version is just as thin and has the same overall design?

iPhone 6+ sounds and looks fine to me. I don't get why people are getting so worked up about this name :D

This is probably the most mysterious iPhone in a few years. Sure, we've seen the back case and the screen like always, but we don't know the camera megapixel count, the exact screen resolution(s), or much about the A8 processor.
