Huh? App Privacy Report is an important step to make the connections an app wants to make transparent before you even load it. It‘s entirely up to you to grant those permissions or look for another app.
It's a good feature, but doesn't allow one to do anything with the connections displayed. For example; many apps have some kind of analytics going on, it would be great if these things could be disabled on a domain-basis. Who wants Google to have data on every app they use?

At 67 yes old I still don’t care about whether people know if I slept all night or had my colon removed. I mean seriously, imho, who cares. I get financial privacy, that’s important to me but still…. Sigh

Wait, waking up to pee is a health issue? What if you just drink a lot before going to bed? Is it better to *not* wake up?
It can be.

When I suddenly developed a problem getting into deep sleep, I started waking up to pee every night, rather than once in a blue moon. It was because I was sleeping lightly enough that I could feel the pee signal (which is usually unfelt in deeper sleep), and it felt urgent. This was unusual for me. I usually drink right up until the time I go to sleep, and had never had that issue.

It was one of two symptoms that told my doctor something was wrong, sending me to a sleep doctor. BTW, the second was my dog being very concerned while I was sleeping, staring at me and bumping the bed. That was new behavior that started because my sleep got weird.

Once I got my sleep back to a healthy state, I was back to waking up to pee maybe once or twice a month. (And my dog went back to normal.)

Well, I usually dislike their ads but I give this one a thumbs up.
Well, that idea is taken straight from ‘The Gunfighter’, 2016 short film by Eric Kissack, narrated by Nick Offerman. Find it on YouTube. You’ll enjoy it far more than this add. Trust me!

iOS Privacy could be massively improved, just look at App Privacy Report to see all the connections apps are allowed to make, it's insane.
Have you ever installed a Play Store Android app and seen all the ridiculous permissions they request?*

*It has been a while for me, so this may have changed some, but I cannot imagine it has ended altogether.

Trust me, hackers don't care about ring worms, diarrhea and being lazy. They care about your bank account though
No, they may not care about your issues, but there are tons of reasons why it is protected by law and why you would not want it out in the wild.

Cool, then put up posters with all your health details since you say this does not matter to you. There are reasons why this is legally protected information and at your age you would think you might have learned to look beyond your own bubble.

The Good RX App recently got a big fine because they were selling data from their users' prescriptions to a bunch of companies without the users' consent.

In 5 hours today I had 19 spam calls. Luckily most were blocked. 4 or 5 got through and were offering to send me free Covid tests, billing my insurance of course. Covid tests is a new scam, before that it was back braces for pain management - even though I have none. The more medical information out there the more opportunities for spammers and fraudulent charges. And yes, they seem to have gotten hold of my medical ID number.

I don't disagree! But still, iOS could be better with regards to privacy

iOS also can't be a smothering operating system. It's up to developers to have good policies, too.

Totally agree that developers need to have better privacy policies, but perhaps iOS could have an option to selectively block certain servers that lessen our privacy, like Google's.
