Costco has the M4 with cellular for $899. I upgraded from 11" M2.

The 11inch m2 did not have the 120 hz mini led display like the m2 13inch. Upgrading the 11inch is almost a no brainer. I want the m5 13inch but I don't know if it's worth 700 dollars after trade in.

Not worth it to me. I'm still rocking a 2018 iPad Pro, and I'll just swap the battery rather than buy a new one. I would barely feel any difference. And the new Pro is so much more expensive, especially after you add the keyboard and new pencil. Now if they would let the new Pro's run/dual-boot into MacOS, I would buy the max-out 13 inch and upgrade every year lol.
