I think their mission statement is "make everyone except caleb johnston happy with their 1500 dollar investments".

Hopefully brick-and-mortar stores don't have to abide by the company's mission statement and will be able to fix everything to your satisfaction. Except for the shadow thing; you're on your own for that one (well, on your own except for the fine people who made Shadowkiller).

Eh, yeah. The shadows bother me on and off. I put two gum wrappers under the left side pegs of my PB though and the screen is perfectly level, so I know the hinge isn't right. They'd better fix it. 🙂🙂.

If they don't, maybe you could bring them a note from one of those doctors everyone seems to want to send you to explaining that you can't use it with an uneven hinge.
