$20 for a known good quality cleaning cloth isn't the story for me, to me it's that supply chain disruptions have now reached the point we can't find enough shipping containers to fill with $20 rags...

We're at peak bubble when Apple can sell out of a $19 polishing cloth.

A friggin' $19 POLISHING CLOTH that I can get for nothing literally anywhere else (my eye doctor literally gives polishing cloths away).

I'm having to agree with the trolls on this one--you're just dumb if you bought this.

I am not spending that kind of money on a cloth until I have read multiple reviews by tech bloggers, as well as a thorough tear-down from iFixit. And is it even covered by Apple Care?

OK, Tim, it's time to talk about this latest product. And I have a whole list ready for you.

Is there an unboxing video of this product somewhere?

I really want to know what version of iRAG OS this runs on.

Does Otterbox make a case for this?

Why is it not available in (Product) Red ?

Tim, why is this only available in white? That's not very woke of you guys!

Tim - WHY IS THIS NOT AVAILABLE IN PRIDE COLORS? OH MAH GERD!

I will only buy it if it has no-notch Retina display AND is made from the finest Corinthian leather.

Is this rag repairable by the consumer or do I violate the warranty by repairing it myself?

Now wait just a minute! This doesn't work with my 30-pin charger??!!

Wait, you boxed this without including a charger? WTF?

Are you guys going to scan this cloth for questionable content?

In addition to cleaning the screen, has it been tested to absorb an afternoon's worth of OnlyFans viewing and withstand a thorough bleaching?

Can Daisy the Apple Recycling Robot recycle this rag? Is it made with any recycled content? Is the microfiber fair trade and ethically sourced?

I gotta tell ya, Tim, that white fiber is a lot brighter than your design team. Just sayin'.

Tim, my phone reception dies when I polish my screen with this rag. Wait, what?? I'm holding it wrong?!

I think they have to offer AppleCare with this product. I wonder, does warranty cover shrinkage due to accidental drying in high heat?

I can see it now: $19 for the cloth, with option of adding $30 AppleCare that extends the warranty for a total of 3 years. Totally worth it in my book. Oh…and replacement cost due to accidental damage will be $16. The way I calculate it — it’s a win-win situation buying that AppleCare.

LOL

Also, I think this will be the first time that iFixit will need to bring in outside expertise. They are not experts on textile manufacturing and breakdown.…

OMG, I didn’t see it had an Apple label on it! Now I will have to order one. My Apple devices get a lot of use & can accumulate grime quickly. This looks like a better solution than taking alcohol swabs to clean them.

They brought in an old watchmaker for the first Apple Watch, not impossible

Well all the naysayers changed my opinion and I bought one.

Just kidding, I couldn’t care less what other people care about how I spend my money. Do you folks hang out at Starbucks or convenience stores to heckle people in your spare time?

Must be hard going through life with all that negativity.

Here is the expected delivery date for Apple's new "Polishing Cloth" as of this morning. Unfortunately, I was not able to find an option for AppleCare for this cloth, so I did not complete the order!
