Since we have macOS for the Mac lineup, iPadOS for iPads and watchOS for the Apple Watch. As you can see, there is a pattern. Basically the "OS" is just a suffix for the operating system names. And Apple recently just claimed the "realityOS" name, the new Apple AR/VR headset could be called "Apple Reality" or something like that. I don't think it will be "iReality" since they don't really use the "i" anymore, and anyways that stood for "internet", but there is still chance for that.
