Hi all, was wondering if anyone has a solution to get the new San Francisco fonts for normal use on Word/Pages documents? My only successful search results so far have been how to replace the default system fonts on OS X Yosemite. Thanks in advance!

This isn't allowed. I haven't examined the font's license but Apple really really really wants to keep it for on-screen use only within Apple devices. It's kind of a trademark look and feel.

If you used it in print and Apple got to hear I'm fairly sure they'd hit you with lawyers.

Google, { font_name + Yosemite } and you'll find a Github page where you can download the font, drag it into your fonts folder on the Mac and restart your apps.

Oh it's a bummer. It could potentially look gorgeous on print. Thanks for the reply! Appreciate it.

I did read the EULA. The SF Font is for iOS and OS X app mock-ups only. Embedding and use outside of mock-ups for Apple devices are prohibited.

Honestly, Helvetica is similar enough and I still prefer it. Why not give Helvetica a shot?

Hmm, wouldn't Helvetica Neue with a thicker font weight replicate SanFrancisco quite well?
