I don't know why you don't care, but if you don't care then feel free to accept it. But it is not for you to decide for other people the boundaries of what is private or not private.
OK, so you care …, about what though? To any corporation you are only a collection of statistical numbers; similar to a single ant in an ant colony and all the corporations want to find out is perhaps how many of you ants climb trees or stay on the ground; whether the many of you favor grasshoppers or bananas, etc. Given this perspective of any corporation's want to collect a database of the behaviors of humans, or ants, why does this specifically bother the anonymous you-to-them, personally? This is more a battle between the battleships, the corporations, and you are simply a civilian living halfway around the world reading daily news reports what happened today as the corporations slug it out. Yeah, the corporations care, but why specifically do you or anyone else not connected to these battleships care who wins or loses each day? Perhaps you own stock in one of these battleships? :confused:
