Hey,

I know the returns policy in the US is great, but just wondering…if I try the fine woven case for a few days, find out it’s garbage and gets scratched easily, will Apple accept a return? I’m in the UK

My green case arrived yesterday and wanted to give it a chance!

AFAIK you have 14 days to return the product pretty much everywhere, no question asked. If the scratches are too deep, they might refuse to refund it tho

Thanks, I’m aware of the 14 day policy, I just wondered what their take on it would be if not pristine.

I would think UK return laws are pretty much the same as Australia’s. In Australia, you can return items even if they are damaged. I bought an Apple Watch with a stainless steel band and the band scratched really easily. After only a few days I had quite a few scratches all over the band. I took it back to the Apple Store and they took it back no questions asked.

I just returned mine to a store in person after carrying it round for a few days (admittedly with no phone in it) it was already coated in lint and a bit scratched up but my return was accepted without any problem. As long as you keep the box and return within 14 days, you're probably fine.
