I don’t get it, unless I’ve misunderstood the intent. Still, why would someone who wanted to be “surprised” in a delayed viewing of the event even peek at macrumors or any other Apple news related site?

I'll be getting an MRI on my ankle, so for the first time in ages I won't get to watch an Apple show/tell. But this one sounds so boring I'm not sure if I'll miss anything. The two minute recap might only be thirty seconds this time. :)

Am I right in thinking that YouTube allows you to pause Live Streams? I can't make the first 30 mins but would like to avoid waiting until it is finished/posted online to start watching...

I predict iPhone 12 and Pro announced today, launch early October. Demoed in today’s presentation.

I think the iPhones will be announced today! 2 hours to talk about watches and iPads? Come on.
People forget that:

1. The iPad Pro and Apple Watch Series 2 were announced with the iPhone 6s in 2015.

2. The iPhone XR was announced with the XS two years ago, even though it was to releases a month later; just like the iPhone X was announced with iPhone 8, even though it released two months after in November.

I certainly think the ipads, watches, and phones will be announced, along with the OS release dates and maybe new AirPods and AirTags.

I’m not sure if a new Apple TV or HomePod will be announced today. That’s probably best with the MacBook announcement later this fall.

Came here to say that exactly. If you follow this page, you’ve seen nearly everything that will be announced. Why would you want to have a “spoiler free” post now all of a sudden?

If you’re like me, you want everything spoiled except the *official* announcements, and if I can’t watch it live, I’d like to be able to watch it without seeing the new products beforehand. A rumor is a rumor, so you don’t know if it’s true or not. An official announcement, however, is confirmed, so it’s a bit more spoiler-y, at least to me.

Ever since Steve Jobs passed away, I haven't really watched and enjoyed an Apple event. While announcements are always great, that sheer joy and anticipation is no longer there. RIP.

its strange how the steam is not on apple tv or the apple tv app on my mac.
Its showing the pre show on YouTube right now.

So... many of you can’t understand why some of us revel in leaks all year, then want to watch Apple present their products in full, without having seen dumb headlines and comments about them? Smh.

Are you serious?
Yes most of us see the “rumours” here but not all of them are legit or ready yet... and some of us in other time zones (like me) or ones that are working want to watch the keynote start to finish without checking websites first
