Not really looking forward to it.

In a way Apple is following BMW’s playbook. Flood the market with too many products, focus on performance specs but product has no soul, overdesigned and overpriced, heavy on marketing and branding. With cars there are many options. With OS, sadly not much and the consumer is cornered.

Anyone else thinking that "Far out" is a reference to the screen being "far out" towards the edges - no notch hint :)
I can see how folks would think that, but there’s a deeper meaning… they put the space in the wrong place and that throws people off (space in the wrong place is the key because the AR puts space down here on Earth which is the wrong place for it!

Put the space in the right place… “Fa rout” and… so the… ah… the iPhone will come with a new tougher case that, potentially… could be used for routing.

Is BMW alone in that?
BMW, Merc, Audi have more or less identical number of models

Perhaps an acknowledgement to what we are learning from the images sent by the James Webb space telescope.

Besides all of the other mentions about “space” grey coloring or taking better photos of Space or even expanding the space further to the iPhone’s edges, I was thinking there’d be some kind of satellite connectivity announced, too. Maybe.

It’s so far way. It’s two weeks out and then a week for preorders and then another week for it to arrive so we’re still waiting a whole month for the new iPhone :(

My iPad mini (6th Generation) doesn't show me the AR when I go to the web site and tap on the Apple logo. My iPhone XR does. Neither does my iPad (6th Generation), but I would have guessed the mini would have, being the latest model.

They always say
if you visit the page on an iPhone or iPad
but, every time I check, it’s just on the iPhone. Is there anyone actually seeing this on an iPad?
