Apple's Support without Credit Card?

Hello,

My friend's iPod died today, it went through all the different errors you can imagine in the past 2-3 days, and ended up showing the "sad iPod" icon for a couple of hours then turning off completely. I suggest her to check this link (http://depot.info.apple.com/ipod/?country=ca&language=ca), fill in the form and wait for Apple to send her a box before shipping the iPod back to them. That's what I did when mine "died" a couple months ago.

Problem is, she doesn't have a credit card. Is it possible to pay "COD" ? Or any other form of payment?
