That doesn't really tell me how to do it. when I'm done with the 3 projects I'm juggling , I'll do more research to develop a step-by-step procedure.

Yes! One on one time with the Apple engineers is worth at $1600 hands down.

Make sure you book your flight to San Jose, not San Fransisco. Or you'll be awfully disappointed when you arrive.

I doubt there are direct flights from Australia to SJC, but there are probably many to SFO. San Jose is not that far from SFO by train or car.

I know, I was just thinking about that. Is there really anything you can get out of WWDC that you can't out of online resources and books that cost far less than $1599?
I'm not sure. Had I ever attended a WWDC in the past, at least I would have the opportunity to bolt up to the stage and lick Steve Jobs during a keynote. But that's not even possible any more.

Not worth it. After a long fight like that just catch a connecting flight. Not worth all the extra trouble to catch a bus or train. The only thing possibly is a rental car if you need one throughout the week but even that after a long flight, getting the car and possibly dealing with rush hour traffic after a long flight like that, uggg...

My credit card company flagged the charge as fraudulent :(. Will Apple reattempt the charge?

Hey, the same thing happened to me this year.
Did they re-try the transaction by themselves or you had to get it processed by following up with Apple Developer Programs team?

I have tried calling and emailing, but they said they will contact the team responsible for payments and get back to me. Haven't heard back from them yet. :(
