iPod Applescript for renaming shows during export?

Being a bit lazy here but does anyone have a script or some utility link to allow me to export TV shows prepending the filename with season-episode?

I'm done with a few shows, but I'd like to archive them in an order readily visible from Finder.

I'm looking for something that does the exact opposite thing, that allows me to read the filename and fill the Metatag from it... any clues?
