    Hi

I need some advice with my script, and after searching online without any results, I hope someone here can help me.

In my script I display a dialog to the user. The user has to enter a number. I am going to use this number in Excel. This number indicates how many rows I am going to need in Excel. Every row in Excel should have a number in column A. The number row starts with 1 in A2, 2 in A3 and so on. It needs to fill out as many rows, as the user filled out in the dialog.

I hope it makes sense and I've attached an image to display, what I mean. Skærmbillede 2017-06-29 kl. 09.28.54.png

    Hi,

It makes sense, but which part of that are you struggling with? Can you show us what you have so far?

Is there some reason the dialog box needs to be in AppleScript?

You can create them in Excel. What does the whole process you're creating need to do?
