long story short: I ended up needing to convert text between quotation marks to italicized text (in Pages). I need to go from this:
This is the text I need to convert" and this is not.
To this:
This is the text I need to convert and this is not.
It wouldn't be a problem but I have 125 pages of text and around 450 strings of text I need to convert. I have absolutely no idea how to write AppleScripts. Basically, although I feel stupid doing it, I'm asking you a huge favor... to do this for me. Notice the double low-9 quotation mark before the string of text.
