Reset Apple TV 4K If you’re having problems, you can reset Apple TV 4K to its factory settings, and optionally update to the latest version of tvOS, as well. support.apple.com

Doesn't work with a 4k. If powering off for ~10 minutes doesn't resolve it, you'll need to take it into an Apple Store.
