I notice Apple TV+ allows you to view your photos from our iCloud account, on your TV.
I haven't turned this feature on, but our AppleTV+ is linked to my iCloud account so does that mean anyone in the family, or visitors who are watching my TV could start viewing my photos, or would they need my iCloud password?
Can this be turned off?

It's an option under AppleTV settings, not the AppleTV+ app. You'd have to turn off iCloud Photos under your account on the TV (Settings > Users and Accounts > Default user > iCloud > iCloud Photos). To re-enable it, someone would have to know your password. It's easy enough to go into your account settings and take a look at all of the options there.

Thank you, I shall go into the settings and take a look.

This worked, thanks.
With it turned off, my password in now needed to enable it.
Cheers
