does anyone know if applepartsellers.com (applevtech) is legit? They are the only ones that seem to have a part I need but I have never heard of them. Thanks!

And you know this, how?
I might just have to return the "fake" parts I've purchased from them in the past.
The "Wayback Machine" shows they've had a web presence since early 2016, a long time to hang around if you're just playing games.
I actually already ordered my part and they called me to tell me it is on back order. The guy that called was very nice and knowledgeable so hopefully it works out.

I just wayback and it only goes to august of this year. But, If you've bought parts I would assume its okay.

OP, let us know how it turns out. I'd like to buy a PSU for my MDD

You missed the part in their website where they mentioned they'd done a name change from applevtech to applepartsellers, my findings were for "applevtech.com"

Earlier this summer I lugged 3 MDD's off to the recycle during a clean up.

Update: they could not get the part I wanted (g5 runway card, knew it was too good to be true). They never charged my paypal and stayed in contact through the whole thing so I will probably try to order something else from them when I need to. Nice people.

DVWarehouse.com has the runway card (Wifi/Bluetooth combo card) for $28.00.
I purchased an iMac power supply from them a few years back.
This place is a great resource for Mac parts.

That combo card needs an adapter called the runway card for late 2005 powermac g5. Just the combo WiFi/Bluetooth card is not the same. They are really hard to find. Dvwarehouse is sold out.

Blasphemy! You know those will sell for up to like $100 usually? I just bought one from a goodwill auction because I've always wanted one.
Sales for these collector machines can be very limited depending on location, shipping costs quite often can match or even exceed the sale price.
