CHICAGO!
I just installed Appleworks on my iBook G4 and when I finished there were 16 (SIXTEEN!!) different Appleworks folders in Applications in many different languages....Norsk, Italiano, Deutsch, and more and several with Asian characters. In the folders: Appleworks 6, documentation, essentials, extras, clippings, starting points, etc. MY QUESTION: Can I delete all the Appleworks folders in the languages I don't plan to use (everything except US English)? Or at least consolidate the ones I don't want in one folder if I cannot delete them?
THANKS!!
P.S. I LOVE MY NEW iBOOK!!!! (first time Apple user)

I accidentally posted this in the Hardware section first. Oops.

I deleted all those extra language folders myself over a year ago and AppleWorks has always worked just fine, so I say yes you can.

Sacear, you were right. Being that this is my first Apple and less than one month old I just wanted to be on the safe side! I have deleted all the alt-language folders and it works fine. :)
