I don't have Microsoft Orfice v. X and I plan to spend $400 (or whatever it is) when Appleworks can do a lot of what Excel can do.
But I can't seem to find out how to do two things:
(1) Selecting Column A and Column C, w/o Column B,
(2) Selecting Column C and Row 2 (I think this is done similar to #1)
(3) Dragging forumlas (ex.: =$B$4+0.5*C4) down through a column
For those confused with #3, remember that in Excel, there is sometimes a little box at the lower right corner of the cell, which can be dragged down to transfer the formulas, or whatever. I'm stuck using the option-Click, but that only does a selected number of cells at a time.
I searched the Appleworks Help and the Forums to see if the specific topic was brought up earlier, but I can't find anything directly and accurately relating to what I need help with.
